What is the cut off time for same-day deliveries?

Same day delivery within Melbourne occurs from Monday to Sunday provided the order is received before 12.00pm AEST.

If your delivery is urgent please call Botanics directly on 03 9866 1282 for delivery availability.


Is there anywhere Botanics doesn’t deliver?

Botanics can deliver in most places in Victoria. For an idea of places we deliver, please enter in your postcode at the checkout after adding items to get an estimate on delivery costs. Areas which are remote or restricted may not be accessible to us and should you require more information on delivery outside of Victoria, please contact us directly on 03 9866 1282.


How will I know if you’ve received my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an confirmation email with a tax invoice attached.


What happens if I want to make changes to my order?

Please note that Botanics endeavours to make every effort possible to ensure delivery occurs on time. Therefore should you need to make any changes to your order, we kindly request you contact us directly on 03 9866 1282 as soon as possible to notify us. For more information on how to make changes to an order, please read our delivery policy.

For quick and ease of response, please make sure you have your order number on hand.


Are you able to notify me of delivery?

Although we'd love to, it would be nearly impossible to call and/or email all of our clients on a day-to-day basis with a delivery confirmation.

To best ensure that deliveries are made, we recommend choosing either an AM or PM delivery time bracket so that we can make every effort to make sure deliveries are received. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.


What happens if no-one’s home when delivery occurs?

If the recipient is not at home to receive your gift, we will execute our discretion to determine if it is safe to be left at the front door or somewhere locatable. In the event we are unable to leave the gift in a safe location the items will be returned to the shop where we will get in touch with either the recipient or yourself to organise re-delivery dates and times. Re-deliveries will incur extra charges.

To ensure safe delivery of any gifts, we recommend including the recipient's phone number of the comments section of the checkout process so we may get in touch in the event they are unavailable.


What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
